My first Avatar story!
This picks up as soon as season two ended. I chose
the title "Pieta" because of a comment on Wikipedia, where they compared the pose of Katara holding Aang's prone body to Michaelangelo's
sculpture the Pieta, where Mary is depicted holding Jesus's body after the crucifixion.
This story is going to have a very strong Toph plotline.
Why? Because Toph is awesome.
